Along hwy 95, we came to a farm stand, selling among other things, fresh dates!!!     We love fresh dates, at home i always buy the fresh dates from BAM, they come from Iran and are so good, but these dates, growing here in the desert, were just awesome, they cost $6.00 per pound, should have bought several pounds………The fields were full of cabbages, big ones!!!     Inside the farm stand, some interesting antiques and old kitchen stuff was sold, also trinkets made from old kitchen utensils.    Recycle!!!!!
