I love walking here, the cobble stone sidewalks, small streets with barely room for one car, old , old houses, dating back as far as 1500, all still very much so standing, being looked after, kept very clean, people are still scrubbing the sidewalks, as when i was growing up in Holland , everything is spotless, most of the windows have lace curtains, and  a lot of them have a beautiful flower arrangement, or another work of art in the window.   It became so much fun to walk by the houses, checking out  the window dressings. here are some of them…….
