What a wonderful place this is, how hard is it to leave, apparently the weather here at Hakai becomes very, very wild, with hurricane force winds sweeping through in the winter, and the weather was still good for now , we needed to round Cape Caution too. From Hakai we went to Millbrook Cove, tricky spot to get in to, a bit of the ocean swell makes it in there, but otherwise its quiet. The weather looked good for the next morning, other then the fog…..Ocean swells would be no more then 1 meter. We did some looking around in the dinghy, but there were rocks every where, so gave up and went to the boat to have a glass of wine!!! The next morning i looked out and saw nothing…… absolutely nothing!!!!!Thick ,thick fog, great!! We waited for a few hours, and ever so slowly a bit of blue sky came out. We decided to go for it, radar on, horn to blow ready, and away we went.
