Leaving Ocean Falls,on our way back to Shearwater.

July 18, close to Shearwater, i had the thought that SV THEA might be close, she is owned by our friends Martha and Doug, i called them on VHF 16, and sure enough, they had just left Shearwater, they turned around, and we met and  tied up to the old, old dock, well, kind of a dock, to visit and catch up . They had lots of great info for us, for places to anchor once we headed more north, they went to the west coast of Princess Royal Island, as we wanted to do too. We had dinner together that night in the pub, and had a very good time, we love their boat, she is very well laid out, beautiful wood inside, with lots of room. The next morning they were south bound and we north. July 19 was bright sun, good breeze blowing, we tried to sail in Seaforth Channel but again, the wind was on the nose…..In Reid Passage we motored to Oliver Cove marine park, beautiful spot , with red throated loons waiting for us, i kayaked that night , and Bert tried to catch a fish.
